Arte y Maña, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide communities with tools of the arts that promote social well-being, solidarity, leadership, and working as a collective.
Dear Friends and Followers,
Our non-profit company, Arte y Maña, was born in response to a need in Puerto Rico to generate greater access to the arts and create spaces for healing. Using the arts, we provide creative and alternative solutions for communities to promote collective growth, reflection, and leadership. On April 27, 2021, Yari Helfeld, Julio Morales, and Joel Guzmán registered the organization to launch this initiative. We are honored that our organization has had the opportunity to serve the culture of Puerto Rico and even more excited about what our collaborations with prominent artists and leaders of the Island will build over the next few years for the communities that need it most.
Our company facilitates artistic and community activities based on three fundamental principles: the development of the individual, environmental awareness, and working as a collective in a community. Our programs aim to promote creativity and personal, educational, and social development by bringing a diversity of artistic disciplines to communities. We facilitate performances, workshops, talks, classes, and forums. With our experience in the cultural field, the combined talent of our team, and following professional best practices, we strive to expand the reach and impact of high-quality artistic activities throughout the country. At Arte y Maña, we are committed to paving the way towards a new reality in our communities, where the arts continue to be a driving force for positive change and inspiration for future generations.
